Due to changes in the education system as well as in our social reality there is a need to acquire the latest theoretical knowledge and practical skills in the management of educational institutions.

This is why Institute of Organization and Management in Industry „ORGMASZ” starts up three-terms Postgraduate Studies „Management in education”. In the first place we invite those who have leading position in educational institutions and possibly having plans to working in this field. Postgraduates receive the qualifications giving powers to occupy headmaster position at schools, kindergartens, educational institutions (in accordance with requirements of Regulation of Education Minister of 7 September 2004 Dz. U. (Official Gazette) Nr 207 dated 22.09. 2004 item 2110). Studies program meets the qualifications requirements necessary for the nomination to headship at educational institutions.

THE PURPOSE OF POSTGRADUATE STUDIES

is to prepare specialist in the field of management in educational institutions in the new structure of the education system, with current theoretical and practical knowledge.
High-class specialists – experts giving lectures, familiar with work specificity in education ensure a high level of studies.

FRAMEWORK STUDIES PROGRAM INCLUDES:

• Security in educational institutions,
• School and educational institutions work documentation (including: archiving),
• Economic law elements,
• Employment law and insurance elements, health and safety at work (bhp),
• School Finance (including: financial plan),
• Creating school identity,
• Educational marketing,
• Negotiations,
• Disabled in educational institutions,
• New media in school practice,
• Pedagogic organization and supervision,
• Fundamentals of teacher ethics,
• The law of educational,
• The transformation of the educational,
• Accounting of school,
• Exchange of experience seminar,
• Education systems,
• Techniques for coping with stress,
• The theoretical basis of school management,
• Cooperation with local government,
• Monographic lectures,
• Human resources management
• Funds acquisition from the European Union (EU).

Studies, after the completion of all subjects and passed final exam, arrived at Certificate of completion postgraduate studies Institute of Organization and Management in Industry „ORGMASZ”.

CLASSES’ ORGANIZATION:

• Studies conducted by the default system are three semesters.
• Studies program includes 350 hours in general.
• Classes will be held on weekends – on average twice a month – Friday 4:15 PM – 9:00 PM, Saturday 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM in headquarters of Institute (18 meetings).

  COST:

  Tuition for studies comes to:

  • 3 250 zł - with a single payment,
  • 1 200 zł. + 1 100 zł. + 1 000 zł. - when broken into three installments.

  ACCEPTANCE CONDITIONS ON POSTGRADUATE STUDIES:

  • Graduates of highest colleges with title of master or engineer (bachelor's degree) can apply for studies, according to sequence of application, amount of place limited.
  • About depositing of fulfilled card of application. Card of application in secretariat of study available or in internet – http://www.orgmasz.pl
  • About depositing of diploma highest studies termination and supplying two photo.
  • Proof of payment depositing after receiving notification of acceptance for studies
